Lenovo is hiring a Talent Advisor on a 12-month contract basis to lead end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for its Solutions and Services Group (SSG) in Bangalore. Far from a traditional keyword-matching recruiter role, this position is explicitly designed for a tech-forward talent professional who natively embeds artificial intelligence into their day-to-day workflow. You will handle the entire recruitment lifecycle—from conducting intake alignment meetings with hiring managers to closing complex executive offers. Your primary operational differentiator will be architecting simple automation scripts and leveraging AI tools to optimize passive candidate sourcing, parse dense resumes, construct custom outreach campaigns, and provide data-driven market intelligence reports directly to corporate stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of verified professional experience operating within human resources, talent acquisition, or executive search agencies.
  • Proven track record executing full-cycle recruitment pipelines across both specialized technical (software/infrastructure) and non-technical (sales/operations) corporate roles.
  • Deep, hands-on familiarity incorporating Generative AI platforms into daily operations (demonstrating expertise in precision prompt engineering, structured talent research, and programmatic candidate communications).
  • Solid foundational grasp of AI concepts—including autonomous agents and automated trigger systems—with the practical ability to construct or run simple AI-driven recruitment workflows to optimize speed-to-hire.
  • High proficiency sourcing passive niche profiles across diverse channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, premium talent repositories) and maintaining clean lineage records inside enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication and consultative partner mechanics, capable of managing hiring manager expectations, leading role calibration syncs, and conveying complex labor market constraints.
  • Direct experience working within high-velocity global technology companies, hands-on exposure to advanced recruitment telemetry dashboards, or multi-market experience across regions like India and Malaysia.
